首诊老年高血压患者血脂水平分析

目的:探讨老年高血压患者的血脂水平特点。方法:首诊老年高血压患者常规化验总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB),以健康体检老年人为对照组,两组进行比较。结果:高血压组TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05~<0.001),ApoA1、HDL-C较对照组显著降低(P<0.05~<0.001)。高血压组的血脂水平不受年龄、性别和高血压分级的影响。结论:老年高血压患者血脂水平存在明显异常,但血脂水平与年龄、性别、血压无关。

Analysis of serum lipids level of aged patients with hypertension in preliminary diagnosis

AIM:To study the characteristics of serum lipids level of aged patients with hypertension in preliminary diagnosis.Methods:TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,AopAl,ApoB were tested in first time when hypertension was diagnosed for elderly patients.Hypertension group was divided to some subgroups according to blood pressure level and age.Controlled group consists of 200 aged healthy.Comparison was made between subgroups and between hypertension group and controlled group.Results:Levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB in hypertension group were significantly higher and HDL-C,ApoA1 were significantly lower than those of controlled group(P<0.05~<0.001).But there was no significant difference between subgroups of hypertension.Conclusion:There is hyperlipoidemia in aged patient with hypertension,but level of lipid is not related with age,sex and blood pressure.
