介入性化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床分析

目的:探讨宫颈癌治疗中介入性化疗的临床疗效、病理学变化。方法:对32例宫颈癌患者进行随机分组,分别给予介入性化疗和全身静脉化疗,抗癌药物选择表阿霉素、卡铂或顺铂。结果:32例宫颈癌中介入组9例(9/16)经病理学检查提示化疗有效,其中组织学完全缓解(HCR)3例;两种方法对宫颈癌的治疗均有效,但其疗效有差别,介入组的疗效优于静脉组。结论:介入化疗可有效提高宫颈癌组织内的抗癌药物浓度,缩小肿瘤体积,部分患者达到HCR的效果。

Clinical analysis of interventional chemotherapy for cervical cancer

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and pathological cha ng es in patients with cervical cancer after interventional chemotherapy.Methods:Th irty-two cases of cervical cancer who were divided into two groups at random wer e performed chemotherapy by inter-ventional and intravenous methods with epirub icin,carboplatin or cisplatin respectively.Results:Among thirty-two patients,n ine cases(9/16)of interventional chemotherapy were proved to be effective by t he diagnosis.Three cases were noted histological complete recovery(HCR)clinica l-ly.Two methods were all effective to treat cervical cancer,but their effects were different.The effect of interventional chemotherapy was higher than that o f intravenous chemotherapy.Conclusion:The interventional chemotherapy is proved t o be effective in increasing the concentration of drugs in tumor tissue as well a s in reducing tumor size.Some patients can reach HCR.
