介入治疗先天性心脏病疗效评价

目的: 探讨应用封堵器治疗动脉导管未闭(PDA)、房间隔缺损(ASD)及室间隔缺损(VSD)方法并评价其初步疗效。方法: 24例患者(PDA6例,ASD13例,VSD5例)均在X线透视及造影和食管超声心动图监视下经导管置入封堵器治疗PDA、ASD及VSD。结果: 全组技术成功率100%,24例患者均于术后24h、1个月和3个月行经胸超声心动图检查,均无残余分流,术后完全封堵率100%。结论: 经导管置入封堵器是治疗PDA、ASD和VSD的一种操作简便、技术成功率高、疗效可靠的介入方法。

Evaluation of transcatheter closure of congenital heart defects with occluder

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),atrial septal defects(ASD) and ventricular septal defects(VSD) using occluder.Methods:Twenty-four patients were treated with occluder through the percutancous procedure under fluoroscopy angiography and transthoracic echocardiography(TEE).Results:The success rate was 100%.No residual shunts were found 24 hours after the procedure and 1 week later.Transesophageal echocardiography(TTE) and X-ray examination showed no residual shunts in all the cases.Conclusions:Transcatheter closure of PDA,ASD and VSD with occluder is a simple and efficient method with a high success rate and good occlusion effect.
