| 摘 要： | 报告1例全身皮肤泛发性非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤。患者女性，34岁，全身皮肤起红斑、斑块6年，伴低热及腹腔、股股沟淋巴结肿大。皮肤活检组织病理改变为真皮内异型淋巴样细胞呈苔薛样浸润，间质血管增生明显，表皮内未见浸润。免疫组织化学、多聚酶链反应（PCR）和电镜检查均证实为T细胞淋巴瘤，埃伯斯坦病毒原位杂交（EBV－ISH）阴性。

| Abstract: | A 34 year-old female patient with generalized non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is reported. The patient presented widespread erythematous plaque over the trunk and extremities tor 6 years, and she was also accompanied by low fever and lymphadenopathy in the inguinal and abdominal cavity. Histopathological changes showed that there was lichenoid infiltration of atypical lymphoid cells and small vessel hyperplasia in the dermis, and no infiltration was observed in the dermis. Immunohistochemistry, PCR, and electron microscopy confirmed the diagnosis of T cell lymphoma. EBV in situ hybridization revealed negative result. |
