益气润肺化瘀解毒法治疗特发性肺纤维化临床研究

摘    要:运用具有益气润肺化瘀解毒功效的中药肺痿方加减,对32例特发性肺纤维化患者进行临床治疗研究;结果临床总有效率达75%,特别是在改善患者临床症状方面疗效尤为突出。并有不同程度地调整和改善患者的肺功能和血液流变学等作用。认为益气润肺化瘀解毒法治疗特发性肺纤维化是一种符合中西医理论的安全有效的方法

Abstract:Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a refractory disease absent of effective treatment. In order to approach a safe and effective method for this disease, we used TCM decoction with the function of invigorating qi, moisturizing the lung and removing blood stasis and toxic substance (modification of the Yifeihuaxian decoction) to do clinical study on 32 patients. By observation and statistical analysis, the general effective rate reached 75.00%, especially on the effect of improving clinical symptoms. It was found in the clinical experimental study that TCM treatment can adjust and improve the patients' pulmonary function and hemorrheology to different extent. It was considered that treating IPF with the method of invigorating qi, moisturizing the lung and removing blood stasis and toxic substance is a safe and effective method accordant to western and Chinese medicine theory. It has a broad applicating prospect and is worthy of further study.
