补肾活络中药对雄激素致不孕大鼠卵泡数、子宫内膜面积和内分泌的影响

目的观察补肾活络中药用药前后雄激素致不孕大鼠(ASR)卵巢卵泡数、子宫内膜面积和内分泌的变化。方法建立雄激素致高胰岛素、高雄激素不孕大鼠模型,通过阴道涂片筛选各组大鼠;卵巢、子宫重量采用电子天平称重法,血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)的测定采用放免法,卵泡数的测定采用免疫组化法。结果卵巢、子宫重量分析:正常组>中药组>阳性组>模型组;卵泡数、子宫内膜面积免疫组化定量分析:正常组>中药组>阳性组>模型组;血清FSH和LH水平:阳性组>正常组>中药组>模型组。结论中药补肾活络方能增加ASR卵巢重量,增加卵巢各级卵泡总数,使卵巢激素的靶器官子宫明显增重,内膜明显增厚,能增强垂体的内分泌功能,促进促性腺激素的合成和释放,提高垂体促性腺激素水平,以促进卵泡的发育和卵巢的排卵。

Effect of Bushenhuoluofang on Follicular Number, Endomelrium Area and Endocrine of Androgen Sterilized Rats

Objective To observe the effect of Bushenhuoluofang on follicular number, endomelrium area and endocrine of androgen sterilized rats (ASR). Methods ASR model was set up and screened by vaginal smear. The weight of ovary and uterus was weighed by electron balance, the level of FSH and LH was detected by radioimmunoassay, and follicular number by immunohistochemical method. Results Weight of ovary and uterus in normal control group>model rats treated with Bushenhuoluofang group>positive control group>model rats group. Level of follicular number endomelrium area in normal control group>model rats treated with Bushenhuoluofang group>positive control group>model rats group. FSH and LH level in positive control group>normal control group>model rats treated with Bushenhuoluofang group>model rats group. Conclusion Bushenhuoluofang increased the weight of ovary and uterus, follicular number and endomelrium area of ASR. By affecting the level of FSH and LH of the rat, improves its endocrine function and the growth of follicle, Bushenhuoluofang achieved the purpose of promoting ovulation.
