尿沉渣白细胞检测方法联合应用的意义

摘    要:目的 探讨Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站、UF-100尿沉渣全自动分析仪对白细胞检测准确性.方法 分别用Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站、UF-100尿沉渣全自动分析仪对1080例病人尿标本中的白细胞进行检测,分析阳性率及其影响因素.结果 两种方法 白细胞检测阳性率分别为37.6%和45.9%,两者具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中UF-100尿沉渣全自动分析仪假阳性为8.3%.结论 两种方法 对照联合应用,或全自动分析仪辅助显微镜镜检可提高尿液白细胞检测的准确性.

Abstract:Objective To study the accuracy in detecting white blood cell (WBC) by using Diasys R/S2003 urinary sediment workstation and UF-100 urinary sediment automatic analyzer. Methods WBC weretested in 1080 urinary samples by using Diasys R/S2003 urinary sediment workstation and UF-100 urinarysediment automatic analyzer separately. Data were analyzed to get positive rate and it's influencefactors. Results The positive rates of WBC detected by two methods were 37.6% and 45.9% separately.There was significant difference between them (P<0.05). The false positive rate was 8.3% by using UF-100 urinary sediment automatic analyzer. Conclusions The accuracy of detecting WBC in urine couldincrease by applying two combined methods or using automatic analyzer to assist microscope examination.
