异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼麻醉用于人工流产的临床研究

目的 :探讨异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉用于人工流产的可行性。方法 :将 80例要求行人工流产术者随机分为观察组 (异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼麻醉下进行手术 )和对照组 (未用任何镇痛药 ) ,观察两组术中情况。结果 :观察组 3例出现皱眉动作 ,余未出现肢动、咬牙、喊叫等不良反应 ,无一例人工流产综合征发生 ;与对照组相比 ,观察组的手术时间明显缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组间术中及术后出血量比较无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼麻醉除有明显的镇静、镇痛等协同作用外 ,在一定程度上降低人工流产综合征的发生 ,缩短手术时间 ,是一种值得推广应用的无痛人工流产术

The Clinical Study of Propofol with Low - dose Fentanyl in Induced Abortion

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of using intravenous propofol with low-dose fentanyl in artificial abortion. Methods: 80 cases, undergoing artificial abortion, were randomly divided into two groups: the study group (received intravenous propofol with low-dose fentanyl) and the control group. The different clinical effects of two groups were observed. Result: In the study group, all patients received the operation without limbs moving, teeth clenching, yelling and other painful reactions except 3 patients frowned during the operation. The duration of operation in the study group was significant shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). And the estimated bleeding during the operation and post-operation had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that using intravenous propofol with low-dose fentanyl in artificial abortion can not only provide obvious sedation and analgesia, but also shorten the duration of operation. It is one of the good methods in analgesia abortion.
