| 摘 要： | 糖尿病周围神经病变为糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一。自1998年以来,笔者采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加葛根素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变35例,取得满意疗效,报道如下。1临床资料根据WHO糖尿病诊断标准,确认并发周围神经病变58例。全部患者在治疗前1个月内血糖控制稳定。随机分为2组:治疗组35例,男19例,女16例,平均年龄54.6岁;糖尿病病程平均11.9a;周围神经病变病程平均4.1a。对照组23例,男13例,女10例,平均年龄53.8岁;糖尿病病程平均11.2a;周围神经病变病程平均3.8a。两组患者均不同程度临床表现为:消瘦、乏力、口干多饮、肢麻、感觉障碍、针刺烧灼样痛、…

| Abstract: | Five Herbs Decoction including Huangqi and Guizhi was used to treat35cases of periphera nerve pathological changes in diabetes patients.Comparison was done with the control group of23cases treated with Vitamin B1,B12by intramuscular injection.The result showed that after30days treatment,the total effective rate in the treating group was91.43%,it was65.22%in the control group,p<0.05by X2test.It showed that combination of Five Herbs Decoction including Huangqi and Guizhi ,and Puerarin had good effects in treating periphera nerve pathological changes in diabetes patients. |
