同种脱钙骨脊柱融合实验研究

摘    要:本文用21只兔研究同种脱钙骨的实验性脊柱融合,实验动物分三组:脱钙骨粉组;脱钙骨条组;脱钙骨粉加明胶赋形剂组。手术在胸_(10)~腰_3椎体侧后方施行,作者观察术后1、2、3、5个月的结果表明:X线片及组织学都证明三组均有诱导新生骨形成。

Abstract:This paper reports a study of experimental spinal fusion with allograft of decalcified bone in 21 rabbits. The animals were equally divided into 3 groups, i. e. decalcified bone powder, decalcified bone strips; or decalcified bone powder incorporated with formative gelatin. The Operations were performed on the posteriolateral aspect of the vertebral body and laminae from T10-L3. The authers observed the end results 123 and 5 months after operation and proved that all 3 yroups showed the ability of inducing new bone formation both histologically and roentgenologically.
