| 摘 要： | 为探讨中西结合方法治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效，将58例难治性肾病患者随机分为常规激素治疗对照组（27例）和激素加中药辨证论治治疗组（31例）进行治疗，两组疗程均为12个月。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。提示中西医结合的治疗方法，可以作为难治性肾病的有效治疗手段。

| Abstract: | To explore the therapeutic effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intractable nephrotic syndrome,27 cases in control group were treated by hormone and another 31 cases were treated by Chinese medicine as well as hormone,with a course of 12 months.Results:The therapeutic effects in treatment group were better than those in control group, P <0 05. |
