| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨p53、Ki67在不同分型腺性膀胱炎中的表达及临床意义。方法:将40例患者按膀胱镜检及组织病理学类型进行分组,采用免疫组织化学SABC法,检查p53、Ki67在各分型腺性膀胱炎中的表达,并与10例正常膀胱黏膜组进行比较。结果:乳头状瘤型、肠腺瘤型腺性膀胱炎有较高的p53、Ki67表达率,并与正常膀胱黏膜比较有显著性差异。慢性炎症型、滤泡水肿型则p53、Ki67表达率较低,与正常膀胱黏膜无差异。肠上皮型、前列腺型腺性膀胱炎p53表达率较高,并且与正常膀胱黏膜组比较有显著性差异。肠上皮型、前列腺型腺性膀胱炎Ki67表达率较高,与膀胱正常黏膜组比较,前列腺型组有显著性差异,肠上皮型无显著性差异。结论:对于乳头状瘤型、肠腺瘤型、肠上皮型及前列腺型腺性膀胱炎应进行积极的手术治疗及抗癌药物膀胱灌注,并严密术后随访。对于慢性炎症型、滤泡水肿型及无化生型腺性膀胱炎,在去除慢性刺激因素下进行临床观察即可。
