实时三维超声在胎儿体表畸形诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的总结实时三维超声在胎儿体表畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法应用实时三维与二维超声对8,025例胎儿进行产前检查,分析二维及三维超声提供的畸形部位、形态改变的准确性及直观性,并比较二者超声诊断与产后诊断的符合率。结果:(1)发现胎儿体表畸形45例66处,二维超声诊断与产后诊断相符的有51处(符合率77.27%),三维超声诊断60处(符合率90.91%),二者比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。(2)实时三维超声可直观显示胎儿体表结构异常特征及各结构部位的关系与胎儿运动的立体图像,诊断准确率高。结论实时三维超声成像直观,能为胎儿体表畸形的诊断提供更丰富的信息,优于二维超声,是目前产前诊断的可靠技术手段,可在临床推广应用。

3D Ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of fetal malformations

Abstract:Objective To study the value of application of real-time three dimension imaging technology on the diagnosis of fetal malformations in the surface. Methods 8,025 cases were treated with real-time 3D and 2D imaging technology for prenatal sonography. Results 66 and 51 fetal malformation in the surface in 45 cases and were found with 3D and 2D, respectively (P〈0. 05). 3D visual images can be displayed abnormal fetal surface characteristics of the structure. Conclusion 3D images can provide more information about fetal malformations surface.
