温针透刺配合中药离子导入治疗肩关节周温针透刺配合

[目的] 观察温针透刺配合中药离子导入治疗肩关节周围炎（简称肩周炎）的临床疗效.[方法] 将120例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例。治疗组采用温针透刺配合中药离子导入治疗，对照组采用电针结合药物治疗。两组在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。[结果] 治疗组总有效率为96.7%，临床治愈率为50.0%；对照组总有效率为78.3%，临床治愈率为23.3%，治疗组总有效率及临床治愈率均优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）.[结论] 温针透刺配合中药离子导入治疗肩周炎具有较好临床疗效。

Curative effect observation of warm needling penetration needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on shoulder joint inflammation

[Objective] To observe effect of warm needling penetration needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on shoulder joint inflammation. [Methods] 120 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases of each group. The treatment group was treated by warm needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis, the control group was treated by electric acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine. The curative effect of two groups was evaluated after three treatment courses. [Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%, clinical recovery rate was 50.0%; the total effective rate in the control group was 78.3%, clinical recovery rate was 23.3%; the total effective rate and clinical recovery rate in the treatment group was better than the control group, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] It has a significant clinical curative effect of warm needling penetration needling combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on shoulder joint inflammation.
