乳腺癌生存素的表达与淋巴管生成的关系

目的探讨乳腺癌组织中生存素(Survivin)的表达与乳腺癌淋巴管生成的关系。方法选择2009年7月—2011年7月行乳腺癌改良根治的标本46例,根据手术实际情况,将标本分为肿瘤、近癌、远癌三区。应用S-P免疫组化法检测标本中的Survivin表达,用D2-40标记各区组织中的微淋巴管并计数微淋巴管密度(Microlymphlymph vessel density,MLVD),比较各区组织Survivin表达与淋巴管密度的关系。结果从肿瘤区、近癌区、远癌区Survivin阳性表达率分别为76.1%、43.5%、32.6%;从近癌区、肿瘤区、远癌区淋巴管密度分别为16.39±3.6、10.4±4.6、7.8±3.9。肿瘤区及近癌区的微淋巴管密度与Survivin表达显著相关(P<0.05)。Survivin表达阳性组淋巴管密度明显高于表达阴性组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中存在淋巴管生成,且主要发生在近癌区及肿瘤区间质组织中;Survivin表达与肿瘤淋巴管生成相关,提示Survivin促进乳腺癌淋巴管生成。

Survivin Expression and Lymphangiogenesis in Breast Cancer

Objective To study the expression of survivin in breast cancer and its correlation with lymphangiogenesis. Methods According to the surgical condition, breast tumor specimens were divided into tumor - area, nearer - tumor area and farther -tumor area. Immunohistochemical S -P method was used to detect survivin expression in these three areas of breast cancer tissues, and D2 - 40 was used to label lymphatic vessels and microlymphatic vessel density （MLVD） was counted. The correlation between survivin expression and MLVD was then compared. Results The positive expression rate of survivin was 76.1%, 43.5% and 32.6% in tumor - area, nearer - tumor area and farther - tumor area respectively; MLVD was （ 16.39 ± 3.6）, （ 10.4 ± 4.6） and （7.8 ± 3.9） in nearer - tumor area, tumor - area and farther - tumor area respectively; both showed a decreasing tendency. The expression of survivin was significantly correlated with MLVD in tur- mor - area and nearer - tumor area （P 〈 0.05 ）. Lymph vessel density was significantly higher in survivin positive group than that in survivin negative group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Lymphangiogenesis occurs in breast cancer, and primarily in nearer - tumor area and stromal tissues of tumor - area. The expression of survivin was correlated with lymphangiogenesis in breast cancer, which indicates that survivin may promote lymphangiogenesis in breast cancer.
