| 摘 要： | 目的探讨县级医院开展优质护理服务的方法与成效。方法通过组织学习转变护理服务理念,改革护理模式及管理模式,调整排班模式实施责任制整体护理,切实加强基础护理,强化健康指导,完善绩效考核机制,全面提升服务水平。结果开展优质护理服务以来,护理人员服务意识增强,护理质量得到提高,医、患、护满意度也明显提高。结论开展优质护理服务,能有效提高护理质量及满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss effect and measures of high quality nursing service in county hospital.Methods Through organizational learning,change the concept of nursing service;reform of nursing mode and management mode;adjust scheduling mode of implementing the responsibility system of holistic nursing care,strengthening the basic nursing;strengthen health guidance,perfecting the performance evaluation system,improving the overall service level.Results Provide high quality nursing service since,nursing staff service consciousness enhancement,nursing quality improved and healing,suffer from,protecting satisfaction obviously improved.Conclusion Providing high quality nursing service can improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction. |
