会阴体长度及弹性度测量在分娩中的应用

目的探讨分娩期测量会阴体长度及弹性度的应用价值。方法将320例经阴分娩的足月初产妇随机分为两组，观察组测量会阴体长度及弹性度并予相应干预，对照组常规处理。结果与对照组比较，观察组会阴侧切率、裂伤发生率、出血量、疼痛评分明显降低，切口甲级愈合率升高，住院时间缩短（P均〈0．01）。结论分娩期测量会阴体长度和弹性度并予相应干预，可降低会阴切开术及软产道严重损伤。

Application of perineum body length and elasticity degree measuring in the childbirth

Objective To investigate the application value of perineum body length and elasticity degree measuring in the childbirth. Methods 320 enough example lying-in woman randoms were divided into 2 groups , the observed group were treated with interventions according to the measurement of perineum body length and elasticity degree, and the control group were treated with routine methods. Resuits Compared with the control group,the rate of lateral episiotomy,lacerated wound occurrence, bleeding amounts and pain scores in the observed group decreased significantly, while the healing rate of grade A and in hospital time decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion To measure the perineum body length ,elasticity during childbirth time and give interventions can reduce the rate of lateral episiotomy and laceration of birth canal.
