有腹部手术史腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用

目的　总结有腹部手术史的患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术经验。方法　避开原有切口选择第一戳孔 ,必要时采用开放法置入穿刺鞘 ,注重腹腔粘连区的分离技巧。结果　本组 2 6例其中 2 5例成功完成手术 ,中转开腹 1例 ,无手术并发症。结论　有腹部手术史患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的。

Laparoscopy in patients with history if abdominal operation

Objective Tosummarize the experiences of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with history of abdomianl operation.Methods 26 cases were performed laparoscopy,in which the primitive incision was avoided and the stab was chosen,If necessary,opening method can be use to insert the trocar,and the adhesive tissue was dissected skillfully.Results Of the 26 cases,25 cases were operated successfully,case change to laparotomy,all the patiets recovered without any complication.Conclusions The laparoscopy in the patients with history of abdominal operation was safe and possible.
