| 摘 要： | 目的了解护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法对COPD患者进行住院时及出院后连续性护理干预,通过电话随访、病友联谊会,患者再次入院等方式了解患者治疗依从性的状况。结果患者入院前与出院1年后掌握COPD基本知识、戒烟、呼吸锻炼、家庭氧疗依从性的比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论以电话随访、病友联谊会等方式,可以直接与患者保持快捷及时的联系,缩短了护患之间的距离,改善了患者生存质量,最终提高了生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the influence of nursing intervention on therapeutic dependence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods Succession nursing interventions were done on COPD patients during hospitalization and post-discharge. Through phone following-up, wardmates sodality, once more admission, the condition of therapeutic dependence of patients was gotten. Results There was significant deference before admission and one year after discharging in the following indexes: grasping of elementary knowledge of COPD, stop smoking, dependence of home oxygen therapy (P< 0.05). Conclusions Phone following-up, wardmates sodality can keep in touch with patients promptly, and shorten the distance of patients and nurses, improve the living quality of patients and raise the survival rate. |
