摘    要:提要 本文对大骨节病患区与非患区胎儿软骨基质酸性粘多糖进行了组织化学研究。发现患区胎儿软骨基质中透明质酸(HA)高于非患区;Chs—A/C 低于非患区,这些可能是基质过早钙化的原因。

Abstract:The studies attempt to describe whether or not embryo may be sufferedfrom kaschin(?)beck's disease.In this paper it is observed that hyaluronicacid of embryo cartilage matrix of endemic areas are higher;chondroitin sul(?)fate A and C(chs-A/C)are lower than that of non-endemic areas.In all ofembryo of endemic areas,nagative reaction of chs-A/C was 20-40 percent,and Showed distinct endemicity.The changes above mentioned perhaps revealedthat pathogenic factors disturbed normal metabolism of chs-A/C,and earlypromoted the cartilage matrix to be calcified and aged.we provided the for-mulation for further investigation,as the embryo of the endemic areas mighthave the tendency to be suffered from this disease.
