| 摘 要： | 目的评价无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法对65例抑郁症患者进行了电休克治疗，用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）在治疗前及每治疗两次后评定疗效，用TESS量表评定副反应。结果49例行不同次数的电休克治疗后痊愈，9例显著进步，总有效率为89．2％，3例经10次治疗后疗效不明显。65例行电休克治疗的病人均无明显的副反应。结论无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症安全、高效、副反应小，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified electric convulsive the rapy in the treatment of depression. Methods A total of 65 in patients with depression received the treatment of modified electric convulsive therapy. The efficacy was evaluated with HAMD and HAMA before treatment and after two times ,and side effects were evaluated with TESS. Results After different numbers of treatments, there were 49 cases reeovered, 2 cases improved significantly and 3 cases were not remarkable improvement after ten times treatments. The total of significant improvement rates was 89.2 % , but there was not remarkable side effects in the treatment of 65 cases. Conclnsion Modifled electric convulsive, therapy is of safe and well effective peculiarity in the treatment of depression in addition to slight side effects, It is worth being spread in the clinic. |
