汗渍法炮制对了哥王中牛蒡子苷元含量的影响

摘    要:目的建立牛蒡子苷元含量测定的方法,比较“汗渍法”炮制前后了哥王中牛蒡子苷元含量的变化。方法采用HPLC法;Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.2%磷酸水溶液(A相)-甲醇(B相)梯度洗脱;检测波长:280nm;流速:1 mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。结果牛蒡子苷元在31.8~1590μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;精密度、重复性、稳定性、加样回收RSD均小于3%。了哥王炮制品中牛蒡子苷元含量大于生品。结论该方法简单快捷、重复性好,适用于了哥王中牛蒡子苷元的定量分析,“汗渍法”炮制后,了哥王中牛蒡子苷元含量增加。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of Arctigenin content,compare the changes of the content of Arctigenin in the Wikstroemia indica Root before and after the Perspiration Method.Methods Experiment conditions as follow Diamonsil C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5um),the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(each containing 2%phosphoric acid)gradient elution;detection wavelength of 280nm;the flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was 30℃,injection volume was 20μL.Results Wikstroemia indica Root of Arctigenin with a good linear relationship in the range of 31.8~1590μg/mL(r=0.9999);the RSD of precision,repeatability,stability and recovery of sample loading were less than 3%.The content of Arctigenin in the products processed with Perspiration Method is greater than that of the unprocessed products.Conclusion It was suitable for the quantitative analysis of Arctigenin in Wikstroemia indica Root that is simple and reproducible.After the"Perspiration Method"was processed,the content of Arctigenin in Wikstroemia indica Root increased.
