摘    要:目的 建立气相色谱-质谱联用同时测定饮用水中30种半挥发性有机化合物的方法。 方法 水中的半挥发性有机化合物通过二氯甲烷萃取浓缩后,直接利用气-质联用进行分析,通过获得的目标组分相对保留时间以及质谱图比较定性。 结果 在优化的条件下,30种半挥发性有机物均能较好的分离且在特定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.998,检出限在0.02~0.3 μg/L之间。水样加标回收率为79.8%~118%,相对标准偏差≤7.6%。 结论 该法具有提取效率高,检测成本低,准确度和精密度高的特性,能一次性解决水中30种常见半挥发性有机物的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 30 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods SVOCs in water were extracted and concentrated by dichloromethane, then analyzed directly by GC-MS. The relative retention time of target components and mass spectrometry were used to compare the qualities. Results Under the optimum conditions, 30 kinds of SVOCs could be separated well and had a good linear relationship in a specific concentration range. The correlation coefficient was more than or equal to 0.998, and the detection limit was between 0.02 μg/l and 0.3 μg/l. The recoveries of standard addition in water samples were 79.8%-118%, and the relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 7.6%. Conclusions This method has the characteristics of high extraction efficiency, low detection cost and high accuracy and precision, and can solve the determination of 30 kinds of common SVOCs in water at one time.
