摘    要:目的观察青年学生的面部护理特点,探讨可能诱发面部痤疮的相关因素。方法指导2018年1月1日-2018年6月31日在北京市某综合医院皮肤科门诊就诊的青年学生填写调查问卷,调查内容包括是否患有痤疮、性别、年龄、皮肤类型、保湿类护肤品及遮盖类化妆品的使用情况,比较不同组间痤疮患病率。结果不同皮肤类型组间痤疮患病率差异有统计学意义,经两两比较油性皮肤与混合性皮肤、混合性皮肤与中性及干性皮肤的痤疮患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、不同保湿方式、是否使用遮盖类化妆品各组间痤疮患病率差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论皮肤类型是青春期痤疮患病的影响因素,性别及面部护理方式对青春期痤疮患病的影响不明显。

Epidemiological investigation on the relationship between skin care methods and facial acne in adolescents

Abstract:Objective To observe the facial skin care characteristics of adolescents and explore the related factors that may induce facial acne.Methods Under the guidance of the staff,the questionnaires were filled out by the teenagers attending dermatology clinic in a general hospital in Beijing from January 1,2018 to June 31,2018.The items of the questionnaire included suffering from acne or not,gender,age,skin type,and the usage of moisturizing care products and make-up cosmetics.Finally,the prevalence of facial acne between the different groups were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the prevalence of facial acne between the different skin types,and the difference in the prevalence of facial acne between oily skin and mixed skin,as well as mixed skin and neutral/dry skin was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the prevalence of facial acne between different genders,different moisturizing methods,and using make-up cosmetics or not(P>0.05).Conclusion Skin type is the influence factor of adolescent facial acne,the influence of gender and facial skin care methods on adolescent facial acne is not obvious.
