| 摘 要： | 目的探讨皮肤镜在阴虱病诊断中的应用价值。方法对45例确诊阴虱病患者进行皮肤镜检查。结果 45例阴虱病患者皮肤镜检查均发现成虫或虫卵,其中37例皮损在皮肤镜下特征主要表现为点状、不规则状铁锈色结构。结论皮肤镜可作为阴虱病的辅助诊断技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of phthirus pubis.Method Forty-five cases of phthirus pubis diagnosed clinically were examined by dermatoscope for phthirus pubis adults and eggs.Results For the 45 patients with phthirus pubis were monitored,adult worms or eggs were found by the dermascopy in 37 cases,which manifested as point-like,irregular rust-colored structure.Conclusion The image of dermoscopy can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic technique of phthirus pubis. |
