新冠肺炎疫情下血液库存动态管理探讨

无偿献血在新冠肺炎疫情下受到影响,血液库存量大幅度减少。保障急危重症患者及孕产妇的输血等医疗安全用血给我们带来了巨大的挑战,因此新冠肺炎疫情下的血液库存管理尤为重要。新冠肺炎疫情下,血液制品在低库存运行期间,某综合医院输血科建立了血液库存动态预警机制,包括动态预警库存量、血型分布和效期预警等信息。实现了血液制品动态调剂,包括院区之间、医院之间和医院与血液中心之间的实时动态调剂。建立了紧急用血机制,包括急诊用血绿色通道和疑似新冠肺炎标识管理。尝试采取错时、错峰,按病情发放血液制品流程等措施。实现了血液的预警、预定、流通和发放的全流程的库存管理。本文将探讨血液库存动态预警管理在重大突发公共卫生事件中的应用价值。

Dynamic management of blood inventory during COVID-19 epidemic

Blood inventory dramatically decreases because of the drastically reduced voluntary blood donation effected by COVID-19.It is a great challenge for us to ensure the safe use of blood in medical treatment,such as emergency rescue and maternal blood transfusion.Therefore,the management of blood inventory during the COVID-19 epidemic is particularly important.During the severe epidemic of COVID-19 and low library operation of blood products,the Department of Blood Transfusion exhausted a series of early blood inventory dynamic warning mechanisms including the early dynamic warning inventory,blood type distribution and the warning information of the term of validity in this article.According to these warning mechanisms,we realized the dynamic adjustment of blood products,including the real-time dynamic adjustment between hospitals,and the dynamic adjustment between hospitals and blood centers.Moreover,we also built several emergency blood use mechanisms,including the sets of green channel and suspected COVID-19 marker.Meanwhile,the measures of staggering the rush hours of blood use and performing the blood transfusion depending on the condition of patients were also tried.Through these mechanisms,the whole process of blood inventory management including the blood warning,reservation,circulation and distribution was realized.Furthermore,the application value of the early dynamic blood inventory warning management when major public health emergencies occur was also discussed in this article.
