宽胸理肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床效果分析

目的探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采用宽胸理肺汤结合三子养亲汤治疗的临床效果。方法以慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者100例,为本研究对象,以双盲法进行随机分组,对照组实施常规西药治疗,观察组则同时实施宽胸理肺汤与三子养亲汤联合治疗,分析两组慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者治疗的结果。结果观察组慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者治疗的总有效率(96.00%,48/50)明显高于照组总有效率(72.00%,36/50)(P<0.05);两组治疗后的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前提高,其中观察组治疗后的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%,5/50)明显低于对照组不良反应发生率(34.00%,17/50)(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者接受宽胸理肺汤与三子养亲汤联合治疗,可获得较好的效果。

Clinical Effect of Treating Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction Combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups by double blind method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with combination of Kuanxiong Lifei decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction.The treatment results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate(96.00%,48/50)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%,36/50)(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(10.00%,5/50)was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.00%,7/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can receive the combination therapy of Kuanxiong Lifei decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction,which can achieve better results.
