铁皮石斛口含片、泡腾片对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘    要:目的研究铁皮石斛口含片、泡腾片对小鼠的免疫功能调节作用。方法 SPF雄性小鼠随机分为水对照组和铁皮石斛口含片、泡腾片低、中、高剂量组(0.15g/kg,0.3g/kg,0.9g/kg),分别以相应剂量铁皮石斛口含片、泡腾片连续给小鼠灌胃30~40天后,对小鼠脏器体重比值、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素和单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力进行测定。结果对迟发型变态反应,小鼠足跖肿胀度各剂量组相对水对照组均有增厚趋势,但口含片中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),泡腾片有两个剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.05);对血清溶血素,小鼠抗体积数值各剂量组相对水对照组均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对碳廓清能力,各剂量组小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力相对水对照组均有显著提高,口含片有两个剂量组而泡腾片有三个剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实验条件下,铁皮石斛口含片能够轻微提高小鼠迟发型变态反应能力,铁皮石斛泡腾片能够显著提高小鼠迟发型变态反应能力,这两种制剂均能显著增加小鼠血清溶血素水平的能力及小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清的能力,具有较好的免疫调节作用。

Studies on the Effect of Dendrobium officinale Buccal and Effervescent Tablets on the Immune Function of Mice

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Dendrobium officinale buccal and effervescent tablets on the immune function of mice. Methods SPF male mice were randomly divided into high doze group, medium doze group, low doze group and the negative control group, and fed with the tablets for 30-40 days. The spleen and thymus index, the level of delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH), the content of serum hemolysin and carbon clearance index were determined respectively.Results The delayed type hypersensitivity in 3 groups were higher than the negative control group with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05) in buccal tablets, while with statistically significant difference(P<0.05) in two groups of effervescent tablets. The levels of hemolytic antibody in serum in 3 groups of two tablets were higher than the negative control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The function of carbon clearance were higher than the negative control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05) in two groups of buccal tablets and all groups of effervescent tablets.Conclusion Dendrobium officinale buccal tablets could slightly promote delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice,but Dendrobium officinale effervescent tablets could significantly promote delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice. Both the two tablets could significantly improve the serum hemolysin level and carbon clearance function, which had a certain immune enhancing effect.
