威灵仙类药材的薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘    要:目的建立威灵仙类药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以甲醇为溶剂超声提取,采用硅胶G薄层板,以三氯甲烷-丙酮(9∶1)、甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(20∶3∶0.2)、甲苯-丙酮-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(16∶4∶4∶0.25)、三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(9∶2∶2)为展开剂,对威灵仙类药材进行薄层定性鉴别研究。结果在365nm紫外灯下,威灵仙与混淆品的薄层色谱图有明显差异,在相同的色谱条件下,各样品的斑点颜色、位置、数量和Rf值均有差异,且斑点集中,分离效果好。结论该方法简便、易行、专属性强,可用于鉴别威灵仙类药材。

Abstract:Objective To establish the TLC identification method of Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis and its adulterants.Methods Ultrasonic extraction with methanol.Silica-G-CMC-Na plate was used with chloroform-acetone(9:1),toluene-ethyl acetate-Formicacid(20∶3∶0.2),toluene-acetone-Ethylacetate-Formicacid(14∶4∶4∶0.25),Chloroform-methanol-water(9∶2∶2)as developing solvent,Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis and its adulterants were identified by TLC.Results Under the 365nm UV,Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis and its adulterants thin layer chromatography there are significant differences.The spots color,position,quantity and Rf of each sample were different in the same chromatographic condition,and the spots were concentrated and the separation effect was good.Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate,which can identify Clematidis.
