摘    要:目的探讨指固有动脉背侧支皮瓣修复邻指甲床及软组织缺损的方法及疗效。方法2014年1月-2018年1月应用指固有动脉背侧支皮瓣修复邻指甲床及软组织缺损33例,缺损面积:1.0 cm×0.4 cm^2.0 cm×1.3 cm。结果33例指固有动脉背侧支皮瓣全部成活。其中1例3个月时出现甲根处疼痛,经残甲修整术后疼痛消失。术后随访8~11个月,平均9.5个月。皮瓣颜色与周边皮肤软组织相近,质地良好,外观不臃肿,恢复触、痛觉,指间关节功能正常。皮瓣感觉S1~S3。皮瓣供区无瘢痕增生,无痛感,供区指功能正常。结论指固有动脉背侧支皮瓣具有血管解剖恒定、质地良好等特点,是修复邻指甲床及软组织缺损的有效方法。

Clinical application of of digital artery dorsal branch flap for repairing hyponychium and skin soft tissue defects of the adjacent finger

Abstract:Objective To explore the method and curative effects of repairing the adjacent finger’s hyponychium and soft tissue defects by digital artery dorsal branch flap.Methods From January 2014 to January 2018,33 cases of adjacent finger’s hyponychium and skin soft tissue defects were treated by digital artery dorsal branch flap.The size of defects ranged from 1.0 cm×0.4 cm to 2.0 cm×1.3 cm.Results All the digital artery dorsal branch flaps survived after surgery.The hyponychium root pain occurred in 1 case after three months,but then disappeared after surgery.All the cases were followed up for 8 to 11 months(average 9.5 months).The texture of the flaps was similar to the surrounding skin,the colour and appearance of the flaps were satisfactory,the sensations of touch and pain were obtained.And the function of interphalangeal joint recovered normal.The sensations of flaps ranged from S1 to S3.The donor site of flaps had no scar hyperplasia and pain but good function.Conclusion The modified adjacent digital flap is constant to anatomy and good quality.As a result,digital artery dorsal branch flap is an effect method to repair the adjacent finger’s hyponychium and soft tissue defects.
