双醋瑞因结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果

目的探究双醋瑞因结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2017年12月至2018年12月河北省老年病医院收治的110例膝关节骨关节炎患者,将患者按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠进行治疗,观察组患者采用双醋瑞因结合玻璃酸钠进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛情况,以及膝关节功能情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率(92.73%)明显高于对照组(76.36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组和对照组患者的疼痛评分(NRS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的NRS评分(2.5±1.2分)明显低于对照组(3.3±1.5分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较,两组患者治疗后的NRS评分均明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Lysholm膝关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的Lysholm膝关节评分(85.1±9.3分)明显高于对照组(69.6±9.2分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较,两组患者治疗后的Lysholm膝关节评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论双醋瑞因结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛,提升膝关节功能,提高治疗效果。

Clinical effect of diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 110 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Hebei Provincial Geriatric Hospital from December 2017 to December2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even method.55 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate,and patients in the observation group were treated with diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate.The therapeutic effects,pain,and knee function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effective rate was 92.73%in the observation group and 76.36%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the pain scores(NRS)of the observation group and the control group were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of 2.5±1.2 in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 3.3±1.5.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of Lysholm knee joints in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm knee score of the observation group was 85.1±9.3,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.6±9.2).Statistical significance(P<0.05);in the group,the Lysholm knee scores after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,improve knee function and improve the therapeutic effect.
