柴桂解郁颗粒提取及喷雾干燥工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选柴桂解郁颗粒的提取及喷雾干燥工艺。方法采用单因素试验法、L9(34)正交试验法以及Box-Behnken设计法来对提取以及喷雾干燥工艺进行优选。结果优选的最佳工艺为:桂枝、郁金、干姜加8倍量水提取挥发油6 h;柴胡、人参加6倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次1h;法半夏等药材及与桂枝、干姜、郁金水蒸气蒸馏法提取后的药渣加6倍量水煎煮3次,每次1h;喷雾干燥的最佳参数为浓缩液的相对密度为1.03d、进风温度为130℃、进液速度为0.6ml/min。结论优选的提取以及喷雾干燥工艺简单稳定可行,可为后期的成型、质量标准以及工业生产奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction and spray drying technology of Chaigui Jieyu Particles.Methods Single factor test,L9(34)orthogonal test and Box-Behnken design method were used to optimize the extraction and spray drying process.Results The optimum technology is:Cinnamon Twig,Curcuma longa,dry ginger and 8 times amount of water to extract volatile oil for 6 hours;bupleurum,people take 6 times the amount of 70%ethanol,extract 3 times,1 hours each time;herbs such as Rhizoma Pinelliae and herbs extracted with steam distillation of Cinnamon Twig,dried ginger and Yu Jinshui,are decocted 3 times with 6 times of water,1 hours each time;the best parameter of spray drying is the relative density of concentrated liquid is 1.03d,inlet temperature 130℃,inlet velocity 0.6ml/min.Conclusion The optimized extraction and spray drying process is simple,stable and feasible,which can lay a foundation for later forming,quality standard and industrial production.
