消支护精散治疗解脲支原体感染性不育症的临床研究

目的探讨分析消支护精散治疗解脲支原体感染性不育症的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的76例解脲支原体感染性不育症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组加用消支护精散治疗;观察对比临床治疗效果。结果观察组38例解脲支原体感染性不育症患者的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组;对照组38例,腹泻2例,恶心呕吐3例,失眠2例,不良反应发生(18.42%,7/38);研究组38例,腹泻1例,恶心呕吐1例,失眠1例,不良反应发生率(7.89%,3/38);两组数据差异显著;两组治疗前的精液量、精子密度、精子活率以及精子畸形率均无显著差异;治疗后两组患者各项参数均明显改善,观察组患者各参数显著优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论消支护精散治疗解脲支原体感染性不育症的临床效果显著,能够有效提升患者精子存活率,值得推广。

Clinical Study of Xiaozhi Hujing Powder in Treatment of Infertility Caused by Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaozhi Hujing powder in the treatment of ureaplasma urealyticum infective infertility.Methods Sixty-six patients with ureaplasma urealyticum infective infertility admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation observation group was treated with Xiaozhi Hujing Powder.The clinical treatment effects were compared.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of 38 patients with ureaplasma urealyticum infective infertility in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In the control group,2 patients had diarrhea,3 patients had nausea and vomiting,and 2 patients had insomnia.The incidence of adverse reactions was(18.42%,7/38).One case in the study group had diarrhea,1 patient had nausea and vomiting,and 1 patient had insomnia.The incidence of adverse reactions was(7.89%,3/38).The difference between the two groups was significant.There was no significant difference in semen volume,sperm density,sperm motility or sperm deformity rate between the two groups.After treatment,the parameters of the two groups were significantly improved.The parameters of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaozhi Hujing powder on ureaplasma urealyticum infective infertility is significant,which can effectively improve the sperm survival rate of patients and is worthy of promotion.
