自拟消白汤治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的观察自拟方消白汤治疗白癜风的临床疗效,为临床白癜风的治疗提供依据。方法使将符合标准的患者随机分成对照组45例和观察组45例,对照组予复方甘草酸苷片2片/次,3次/d口服;脾氨肽口服冻干粉1支/次,1次/d口服;丁酸氢化可的松乳膏1次/d,他克莫司软膏1次/d,消白酊1次/d外用涂抹于患处。观察组在对照组基础上加用消白汤(自拟方),100 mL/次,3次/d。观察两组临床疗效及随访6个月复发率等指标。结果观察组痊愈13例,显效10例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率93.3%;对照组痊愈11例,显效9例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率(77.8%,35/45)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发5例,对照组复发13例。观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消白汤(自拟方)治疗白癜风疗效确切,复发率低,未见明显不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic Effect of Self-made Xiaobai Decoction on Vitiligo

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Self-made Xiaobai decoction in the treatment of vitiligoand provide the evidence for the treatment of clinical vitiligo.Methods Patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases).The control group was given compound glycyrrhizin tablets 2 tablets/time,3 times/d orally,spleen amino peptide oral lyophilized powder 1/time,1 time/d orally,hydrocortisone butyrate cream 1 time/d,tacrolimus ointment 1/d,tacrolimu ointment 1 time/d and Xiaobai tincture applied on the affected area.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was added with Xiaobai decoction(self-prepared formula),100 mL/time,3 times/d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the follow-up rate of 6 months follow-up were observed.Results In the observation group,13 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,11 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.8%.The total effective rate of the observation group was(93.3%,42/45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.8%,35/45).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up of 6 months,there were 5 cases of recurrence in the observation group and 13 cases in the control group.The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaobai decoction(self-madeformula)is effective on treating vitiligo,with low recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reactions and high safety and it is worthy of clinical application.
