中医推拿联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛临床疗效

目的分析推拿联合中药外敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果及应用价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在医院开展治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,A组采取中药外敷治疗,B组在A组基础上联合中医推拿治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果B组治疗总有效率(96.36%,53/55)显著高于A组的(80.00%,44/55),统计学分析显示具有差异性(P<0.05)。B组治疗后疼痛评分(1.12±0.56)分,腰椎功能评分(21.36±3.26)分;A组治疗后疼痛评分(2.78±1.44)分,腰椎功能评分(14.88±2.14)分,统计学分析显示具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合中药外敷应用在腰椎间盘突出症患者中可以提升治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,提升腰椎功能评分,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Effect of TCM Tuina Combined with External Application on Pain of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To analyze the effect and application value of Tuina combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 110 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into group A and group B according to the digital table method.Group A was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tuina on the basis of group A.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was(96.36%,53/55),which was significantly higher than that of group A(80.00%,44/55,P<0.05).After treatment,pain score was(1.12±0.56)and lumbar vertebral function score was(21.36±3.26)in group B and there was significant difference compared with those[pain score(2.78±1.44),lumbar vertebral function score(14.88±2.14)]in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Tuina combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain and improve the lumbar function score,which is worthy of clinical application.
