摘    要:随着我国人口平均寿命的延长、生活质量的改善以及生活方式的改变,近年来冠心病的发病率逐渐上升并呈年轻化趋势,严重危及人们生命健康安全和生活质量。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)作为一种能够改善甚至消除冠心病患者症状、提高其生活质量的重要治疗方法,已经被广泛应用于临床。不同的PCI入路途径各有利弊,为了让患者获得满意的治疗效果,同时尽可能减少患者的创伤,选择合适的PCI入路途径至关重要。为此,本文回顾了PCI入路途径的发展历程,并对其研究进展进行了简述,以期为需行PCI的冠心病患者在选择入路途径时提供有效参考。

Abstract:With the extension of people's life expectancy,the improvement of life quality and the change of life style in China,the incidence of coronary heart disease has gradually increased in recent years and even has shown a younger trend,which seriously endangers people's health and quality of life.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is an important therapy to patients with coronary heart disease,which is helpful to relieve or even eliminate their symptoms and improve their quality of life,and also has been widely applied in clinical practice.Different PCI approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages.In order to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect and minimize the trauma of patients,it is of great importance to choose an appropriate PCI approach.Therefore,this paper reviews the development of PCI approach,and summarizes its research progress,in order to provide an effective reference for patients with coronary heart disease who need PCI to choose the approach.
