| 摘 要： | 心肌缺血是一种临床常见的、多发的心血管疾病,有着较高的死亡率和复发率。“心与小肠相表里”理论为中医学的重要基础理论之一。通过阐述“心与小肠相表里”理论的中医学基础与现代研究进展,探讨“心与小肠相表里”理论在心肌缺血疾病中的运用,为中医从“心与小肠”论治心肌缺血提供充分的科学依据,为临床诊治和科研工作开辟新思路。

| Abstract: | Myocardial ischemia is a common and frequent cardiovascular disease,with high mortality and recurrence rate.The theory of"heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related"is one of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine.By elaborating the traditional theory and modern research of the theory of"heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related",this paper probes into the application of the theory of"heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related"in myocardial ischemic diseases.It is aimed to provide sufficient scientific evidence for treating myocardial ischemia based on the theory of"heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related",and open up new ideas for clinical treatment and scientific research. |
