摘    要:目的 了解浙江省不同地区学龄儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据.方法 整群抽取浙江省11个地市8 ~ 10岁学龄儿童共689名进行甲状腺B超检查,同时采集尿液及当地家庭食用盐、饮用水进行碘含量检测.结果 浙江省盐碘中位数为28.80 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为79.54%;水碘中位数为2.42μg/L.学龄儿童尿碘中位数为180.50 μg/L,其中沿海地区为160.91μg/L,次沿海地区为174.31 μg/L,内陆地区为227.00 μg/L;学龄儿童甲状腺肿大率为10.45%.结论 浙江省自然外环境处于碘缺乏状态,学龄儿童碘营养状况较好,但沿海地区碘盐覆盖率较低.应进一步加强合格碘盐的供应和监测工作.

Iodine nutrition of school-aged children in different areas of Zhejiang Province

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the status of iodine nutrition of school-aged children in different areas of Zhejiang Province to explore an scientific basis for the prevention and conformity of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods A cluster sampling method was applied in 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province to select 689 children aged 8-10 to examine thyroid by B ultrasound,and their urine,primary location of salt,and drinking water were collected to test iodine contents.Results The median salt iodine and median water iodine of Zhejiang Province were respectively 28.80 mg/kg,2.42 μg/L,and the rate of iodized salt coverage was 79.54%.On the other hand,the median urinary iodine of school-aged children in Zhejiang Province was 180.50 μg/L,and the different areas of median urinary iodine ranked in order as the coastal areas,the coastal areas,and the inland areas,which was respectively 160.91 μg/L,174.31 μg/L,227.00 μg/L,and the rate of goiter for them was 10.45%.Conclusion External environment of Zhejiang Province is in the state of iodine deficiency,and the school-age children in Zhejiang Province show a good iodine nutritional status,but the rate of iodized salt coverage in the coastal areas is lower.So the supply of qualified iodized salt and the monitoring should be enhanced.
