云南省汉族中小学生身体形态与肺活量的关系

目的 分析云南省7～18岁汉族学生人口学因素、形态结构与肺活量水平之间的关系,并构建解释模型,为提高学生的生长发育和体质健康水平提供依据.方法 采用分层随机整群抽样法,对云南省7195名7 ～18岁汉族学生进行身高、体重、肺活量测量,并采用多元回归分析构建路径模型.结果 年龄、城乡、片区因素对体质量指数(BMI)指数有显著预测作用;年龄、性别和BMI指数对肺活量指数有显著预测作用,模型中人口统计学因素对BMI指数的解释量为34.7％,对肺活量指数的解释量为33.6％.结论 形态结构对肺活量水平具有显著的负向影响效应,年龄、城乡、地区因素在形态结构与肺活量水平关系中具有显著作用.

Relationship between morphological structure and vital capacity of Han students in Yunnan Province

Objective To investigate the relationship between morphological structure and vital capacity of Han students aged 7 to 18 years old in Yunnan province.Construct the interpretation model on demographic factors,morphological structure and vital capacity.Methods By stratified random cluster sampling,7 195 Han students aged 7 to 18 years old and measure their data of the height,weight and vital capacity.Data was analyzed by multiple regression and path analysis.Results Age,urban and rural,regional factors on BMI index was a significant predictor.Age,gender and BMI index had significant effects on vital capacity index.The BMI index and vital capacity index was respectively explained 34.7% and 33.6% by the other factors in the model.Conclusion The morphological structure(BMI index) had significantly negative effects on the vital capacity(vital capacity index).Age and gender factor have significantly effects on the relationship between morphological structure and vital capacity.
