广州市青少年非故意伤害行为分析

目的 了解广州市青少年非故意伤害行为现况,为制定干预措施提供科学依据.方法 采用“中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷”,对分层整群随机抽取的广州市66所大、中学校11939名学生进行问卷调查.结果 学生骑自行车违规行为的发生率为41.67％,初中生骑自行车违规率高于其他学段学生,普通中学高于重点中学,差异有统计学意义(P值均＜0.01)；曾经发生过严重受伤的比例为14.84％.经常或总是步行违规的学生占8.08％,高中生高于其他学段学生,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；曾经发生过严重受伤的比例为16.22％.最近12个月内有14.15％的学生到没有安全防范措施的地方游泳过,普通中学高于重点中学,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；曾经发生过严重受伤的比例为20.78％.最近12个月内有5.86％的学生到没有安全防范措施的地方滑过冰,普通中学高于重点中学,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；23.10％曾经发生过严重受伤.结论 广州市青少年非故意伤害行为不容乐观,相关部门须加强针对性的干预.

Analysis of unintentional injury behaviors of adolescents in Guangzhou

Objective To analysis the condition of behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries among adolescents in Guangzhou,so as to provide the scientific evidence for making intervention measures.Methods A "Questionnaire of Health Related Behaviors Among Adolescents in China" was conducted among 11 939 students in 66 schools in Guangzhou.Results The incidence violating traffic rules when riding a bicycle was 41.67%,middle school students were higher than the others,and common middle school students were higher than key middle school students.The ratio of which had been injured severely was 14.84%.The incidence of violating rules when walking on the road(often or always) was 8.08%,high school students were higher than the others,and the ratio of which had been injured severely was 16.22%.The rates of swimming in insecurity-swimming areas among adolescents within the last 12 months was 14.15%,common middle school students were higher than key middle school students,and the ratio of which had been injured severely was 20.78%.The rates of skating in insecurity-skating areas among adolescents within the last 12 months was 5.86%,common middle school students were higher than key middle school students,and the ratio of which had been injured severely was 23.10%.Conclusion Behaviors that contribute to unintentional injuries among adolescents in Guangzhou are not optimistic,targeted intervention should be strengthened by government departments.
