山西医科大学2011年学生膳食营养状况

目的 了解山西医科大学学生膳食营养状况及其存在的问题,为开展大学生营养宣传教育提供科学依据.方法 整群抽取山西医科大学学生429名,采用24h膳食回顾法连续记录3d膳食,计算每人每日食物摄入情况,与中国居民膳食宝塔的食物摄入推荐量进行比较;计算能量及各种营养素的摄入量,与中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量进行比较.结果 在学生所有食物摄入中,谷类摄入量偏高,鱼虾类、禽畜肉类、奶类及奶制品、蔬菜水果摄入量偏低;维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2及维生素C摄入不足;钙摄入不足;铁摄入充足,但多来自于植物性食物.学生早餐摄入的能量较低,女生零食摄入较多.结论 山西医科大学学生的膳食营养状况不理想.应指导大学生进行合理膳食.

Dietary status of students in Shanxi Medical University,2011

Objective To know the dietary status among students in Shanxi Medical University,and to provide evidence for nutritional education.Methods A total of 429 students were selected using the method of clustered sampling.They were surveyed 3 days continuously with questionnaire of 24-hour dietary recalling including three meals and snacks.Results The intake of cereal was higher and the intakes of fish,poultry meat,milk and dairy products,fruits and vegetables were lower than the recommended amount of dietary pyramid.The intakes of vitamine A,vitamine B1,vitamine B2 and vitamine C were inadequate.The intake of Ca was inadequate.The intake of Fe was adequate,but mostly from plant foods.Energy intake in breakfast was low,and snack intake was more in girl students.Conclusion Dietary nutritional status is not reasonable among the students in Shanxi Medical University.It is important to guide college students in the reasonable diet.
