76例老年高血压患者用药依从性调查

目的了解老年高血压患者的用药依从性现状,探讨影响因素,制定相应对策。方法自行设计调查问卷对患者的服药情况和治疗依从性进行回顾性调查。结果多数患者患有多种疾病、服用多种药物;服药的依从性差与年龄的增加、治疗时间的延长呈正相关关系;仅有36.84%的老年患者服药依从性好;依从性差以忘记服药为主;依从性好的患者血压控制达标率也好。结论应该加强患者的用药依从性干预。对患者普及高血压病危害的相关知识,从而提高用药依从性。

Drug compliance in 76 elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To understand the status of the drug compliance in the elderly hypertension patients and the influencing factors so as to provide the evidence for improving interventions. Methods A retrospective investigation was performed to get the information about the drug compliance in the elderly hypertension patients with selfdesigned questionnaire. Results Most of the elderly hypertension patients were accompanied with many kinds of diseases,and they would take many kinds of medicines.The low compliance rate was positively correlated with the increased age and longterm treatment.Only 36.84% of elderly hypertension patients had good drug compliance and low compliance was mainly due to forgetting.The patients with good compliance had a better controlling rate of hypertension. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the intervention for improving the drug compliance in the elderly hypertension patients.
