某县高中生心理健康与人格的相关性研究

目的探讨高中生心理健康与人格特征的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和大五人格量表对石城县2所中学230名高中生进行匿名问卷调查。结果高中生的心理健康因子分与全国中学生常模基本一致,高三学生心理健康因子高于高二、高一,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。留守儿童高于非留守儿童,特别是在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。心理健康因子与外倾性、宜人性、责任感呈显著正相关,心理健康因子与神经质呈显著负相关。结论高中生心理健康与人格特征密切相关,即要对高中生开展心理辅导,又要加强健全人格的塑造。

Correlation between personality and mental health of senior middle school students

Objective To discuss the correlation between personality and mental health of senior middle school students.Methods A total of 230 students from two schools in Shicheng County were investigated with the Self-report Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and the Big Five Personality Research Meter.Results The scores of SCL-90 factors of the senior middle school students were consistent with the national norm;the scores of SCL-90 factors of the third-grade students were higher than those of the first grade and second grade students(P<0.01).The left-behind children got higher scores than non-left-behind children.The SCL-90 factors were positively related to extraversion,agreeableness and conscientiousness;meanwhile,the SCL-90 factors were negatively related to neuroticism.Conclusions The mental health status of the senior middle school students is significantly related to their personality traits.
