2008年北京市东城区中小学生常见病检出率动态分析

目的了解北京市东城区中小学生7年来常见病的患病情况及发展动向,确定常见病防治工作的重点,为进一步开展学生常见病防治工作提供科学依据。方法利用2008年和2002年该区学生体质健康监测的数据,采用一般频数分布及卡方检验的方法进行统计分析。结果 2008年与2002年相比该区学生的视力不良检出率上升(57.58%>52.28%);女生营养不良检出率上升(5.88%>4.21%),而较低体质量检出率呈下降趋势(31.77%<32.31%);恒牙龋患率及龋均呈下降趋势(20.52%<27.37%;0.41<0.57),恒牙充填率有所下降(50.71%<66.67%)。结论通过开展常见病防治工作,该区学生口腔疾病防治取得了一定成绩,但视力不良检出率仍呈上升趋势,教育、卫生、体育等部门要联合制定和落实学生常见病防治措施,有效保护学生健康。

Analysis of prevalence of common diseases among primary school and middle school students in Dongcheng District of Beijing,2008

Objective To understand the prevalence and changing trend of common diseases among pupils and middle school students from 2002 to 2008 and to discover the emphases on prevention and control of common diseases so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention and control of common diseases.Methods The data of the students’ constitution and health monitoring of Dongcheng District,Beijing from 2002 and 2008 were analyzed statistically by using the general frequency distribution and chisquare test.Results In the latest seven years,the percentage of poor eyesight grew from 52.28% to 57.58%.There was a trend of going down in the female’s low weight(31.77%<32.31%),whereas,the prevalence of malnutrition went up from 4.21% to 5.88%.The rate of permanent teeth caries declined from 27.37% to 20.52%,and the average caries reduced from 0.57 to 0.31,but there was a decline on the filling rate of permanent teeth(50.71%<66.67%).Conclusions Due to the development of prevention and cure of common diseases,the progress is acquired on oral diseases.However,the prevalence of poor eyesight is still on the rise,so the departments of education,health and physical education should establish the joint policy on the prevention and control of common diseases in order to improve the health of students.
