深圳市2008-2011年学校教学与生活环境卫生监测结果评价

摘    要:目的 了解深圳市2008-2011年学校教学与生活环境的卫生状况,探讨存在的问题及解决办法.方法 每2a为1个监测周期,对深圳市全体公立中、小学校和大专的教学生活环境卫生监测结果进行分析.结果 通过4 a连续监测,大部分监测项目相对稳定,部分监测项目达标率虽然偏低,但呈现逐年上升的趋势,如黑板与前排课桌距离、黑板后墙反射系数、控制式灯具、环境噪声的达标率分别从2008-2009年的45.33%,26.72%,51.54%和24.00%,上升到2010-2011年的58.51%,37.40%,68.99%和37.08%.课桌、课椅分配符合率低仍然是教学卫生存在的突出问题,2个周期的监测达标率仅分别为22.60%,26.72%和19.05%,23.80%.结论 深圳市学校教学生活环境卫生监测系统持续有效运行,对于存在的问题部分得以改善.但仍要对薄弱环节进行有效整改,以期达到完善学校教学与生活环境的目的.

Abstract:Objective To survey the hygiene condition of the teaching and living environment in Shenzhen schools in 2008-2011 and to look for the solution to the problems.Methods The hygiene conditions of all public schools in Shenzhen were survived on a two-year cycle.Results Most of the monitoring programs were developed stable.However,the passing rate of the distance of leading-edge classroom desks and blackboard in the front,the reflection coefficient of blackboard and backwall,lighting fitting and ambient noise were relatively low,45.33%,26.72%,51.54% and 24% in 2008-2009 respectively,but slightly rose to 58.51%,37.40%,68.99% and 37.08%.Distribution accordance rate of student desks and chairs was the prominent problem in terms of school hygiene,only 22.60%,26.72%,19.05% and 23.80% in two-year cycle.Conclusion Health surveillance system of teaching and living environment in Shenzhen schools works continuously and effectively.Effective rectification measures should be intensified and hang on.
