15例经闭孔无张力尿道中段吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床研究

目的研究经闭孔无张力尿道中段吊带术（TVT—O）治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效和意义。方法将15例女性压力性尿失禁病人进行TVT-O手术治疗，观察症状改善。结果15例接受手术，随访12～18个月，手术时间20-38min，平均28min，出血量均〈20mL，术后24h拔除导尿管，1例自觉会阴部不适，尿失禁症状明显改善14例，排尿困难1例，药物治疗后排尿正常。结论 经闭孔无张力尿道中段吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁，疗效肯定，创口小，并发症少，安全可靠。

Clinical investigation on TVT-O therapy for female stress urinary incontinence(SUI):a report of 15 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of TVT-O therapy for female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods A total of 15 cases of female SUI received the TVT-O surgery and the improvement of their symptoms was evaluated.Results The duration of surgery was 20-38 min(average 28 min).Bleeding was less than 20 ml in average.The catheter was removed 24h post-operation.In follow-up for 12 to 18 months postoperative,there were 14 cases of obvious improvement of incontinence of urine,1 case of discomfort of perineum and 1 case of dysuria which was recovered post pharmacotherapy.Conclusions TVT-O therapy for female SUI patients has definite curative effect and is safe and reliable.
