支架数目对PCI术后患者生活质量的影响研究

目的 研究多支冠状动脉病变患者PCI术中置入支架的数目与患者术后生活质量的关系.方法 采用SF-36健康状况调查表,PCI术后6个月进行随访,分析2008年9月至2010年3月在河南科技大学第一附属医院心内科完成的166例多支冠状动脉病变患者PCI术后生活质量的评分结果 与置入支架数目的 关系.结果 健康状况调查问卷统计结果 表明,躯体功能、躯体角色、机体疼痛、生命力、社会功能、情感角色等6个维度手术前、后差异均有统计学意义,总体健康和心理健康2个维度手术前、后差异无统计学意义;PCI术中置入支架数目不同的冠状动脉病变患者术后健康状况之间差异无统计学意义.结论 PCI术可显著提高冠状动脉病变患者的生活质量,置入支架的数目与患者术后的生活质量之间无显著相关性.

The effects of stent number on quality of life in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To research the relationship between quality of life for multi-vessel coronary artery disease patients and stents number planted in percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods With the 36 items short form health survey （SF-36）, the quality life data and follow up date of 166 patients admitted in the department of cardiology in our hospital from September, 2008 to March 2010 were analyzed. Results Health survey statistical results indicated that all domains, except general health and mental health showed significantly higher scores after PCI, and no significant correlation between patient＇s quality of life and stents number. Conclusion PCI can significantly improve patient＇s quality of life, but there are no significant correlation between patient＇s quality of life and stents number.
