初产妇产褥期抑郁症及其相关因素分析与对策

目的探讨初产妇产褥期抑郁症的发生情况及其相关影响因素。方法采用自行设计的产后一般资料调查表和爱丁堡产褥期抑郁量表,对700例初产妇进行调查。结果700例初产妇产褥期抑郁症发生率为12%。产妇的自身健康状况、新生儿出生时健康状况、医务人员的态度好坏、产前检查及孕妇听课次数、家属对生男孩的企盼程度、产妇分娩时对疼痛承受情况、孕期夫妻关系情况为产褥期抑郁症发生的主要影响因素。结论重视产褥期的心理保健和心理护理,营造良好的家庭氛围,加强孕产妇及其家属的产前、产时健康教育,对预防产褥期抑郁症发生具有积极的意义。

Depression in primipara during puerperium and its related factors

Objective To explore the incidence of postnatal depression in primipara and its related influential factors.Methods A number of 700 primipara were investigated with the self-made questionnaire and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS).Results The incidence of postnatal depression in these 700 primipara was 12%.The influential factors of postnatal depression included health conditions of both primipara and neonatus,attitudes of medical staff,frequency of prenatal check-up and attendance of lectures for would-be mothers,expectancy of family members for boy neonatus,tolerance of labor pain,and the relationship with their husbands during gestation.Conclusion Psychological caring and nursing,favorable family atmosphere,and antepartum and intrapartum health education are of significance to prevention of postnatal depression.
