| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医院2003～2008年血培养中阳性标本的病原菌分布和耐药性.方法 采用WHONET 5.3软件对6年血培养结果进行回顾性统计分析.结果 6年共检出革兰阴性菌441株,革兰阳性菌300株,真菌53株,厌氧菌3株,复数菌7株;各占总数的54.85%、37.31%、6.59%、0.37%和0.87%;革兰阴性菌敏感性较好的药物为亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,革兰阳性菌敏感性较好的药物为万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺.结论 应加强疑似败血症患者血液中病原菌的检测.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in blood culture specimens between 2003 and 2008 in our hospital.METHODS The blood culture results in the past six years were analyzed retrospectively by WHONET 5.3 software.RESULTS In the past six years,the pathogenic bacteria including 441 strains of Gram-negative bacteria,300 strains of Gram-positive bacteria,53 strains of fungi,3 strains of anaerobic bacteria and 7 strains compounded bacteria were isolated and accounted for 54.85%,37... |
