赣州市部分医学生人体蠕形螨感染情况的调查分析

目的：探讨蠕形螨感染与集体生活、卫生习惯及痤疮、酒渣鼻等面部疾患的关系.方法：采用透明胶带粘贴法对800名在校大学生进行蠕形螨检查,同时对个人生活、卫生习惯等相关因素问卷调查.结果：在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率为33.50%,男性（36.00%）略高于女性（28.00%）;毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率高于皮脂蠕形螨;洗刷用品个人专用可降低蠕形螨感染率;油性皮肤或混合性皮肤学生蠕形螨感染率及患酒渣鼻、痤疮等面部疾患的概率均较高. 结论蠕形螨感染与个人卫生习惯、皮肤类型密切相关,痤疮、酒渣鼻等面部疾患与蠕形螨感染密切相关.

Investigation in Infections Rate of Follicle Mite in Some Medical Students in Ganzhou

Objective:To probe the relationship between the infection of Demodex follculorum and individual hygienic habits and the facial dermatogic diseasea(such as acne and rosacea).Medthods:D.follculorum and D.brevis were detected by cellophane tape medthod.Demodex follculorum and heath habits of the students were investigated by questionnaire.Results:The overall prevalence was33.50% in 800 medical students.The infective rate of male(36.0%)was higher than that of female(28.00%);The infection rate of D.follculorum(80.97%) was higher than that of D.brevis(4.48%).The special facecloth and washbasin for only one peoson could decrease the incidence.The students of oily and mixed skin have higher infection rate and more susceptible to acne and rosacea.Conclusion:Individual hygienic habits and the kinds of skin have direct relationship with infection of D.follculorum.Demodex follculorum have direct relationship with the facial dermatosis(such as acne and rosacea).
